Have you heard of the Swedish fika? It’s when you stop for a break, preferably with friends or colleagues, and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, with something yummy to eat.

INGREDIENTS
3 dl rolled oats
100g butter or margarine at room temperature
1 dl granulated sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp cold coffee

Garnish:
Desiccated coconut or pearl sugar

Here’s how to make your chocolate balls:

1. Mix the butter and the sugar together. Add the other ingredients and work them into a dough.

2. Shape the dough into small balls and roll them in the coconut or pearl sugar.

3. Place them somewhere cool to harden before serving.
