General Information
Affari of Sweden offers home decor that transforms your house into a home through carefully selected products that combine style, functionality, and a personal touch. We are part of Stommen Group AB, along with Brafab, Furninova, and Conform. Our headquarters and warehouse are located in Markaryd, where we also have a showroom of over 400 sqm, exclusively open to our resellers. Read more about Affari of Sweden on the About us page.
 

Delivery Terms
We only deliver to business addresses. If no one is present at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge for any failed delivery or storage fees. For any additional requirements or requests regarding delivery, please contact customer service. Any deviations in opening hours must be communicated when placing an order. Goods may be delivered without a signed receipt with a power of attorney. Please contact customer service for further details.
 

Purchase Agreement
To access our webshop, you must be VAT registered and approved by us as a reseller. Once your registration is complete, you will receive login credentials, granting access to our full product range and pricing.
Minimum age: 18 years.

 

Shipping Terms 

For Sweden & Denmark
First order for new customers: Minimum order value for delivery: 5000 SEK/DKK.
Subsequent orders: Minimum order value for delivery: 2000 SEK/DKK.

Shipping fee of 599 SEK/DKK (excluding VAT) applies to orders up to 7999 SEK/DKK (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Orders over 8000 SEK/DKK are delivered free of charge.

For Norway
First order for new customers: Minimum order value for delivery: 5000 NOK.
Subsequent orders: Minimum order value for delivery: 2000 NOK.

Postcode 0-4999: For orders up to 9999 NOK, a shipping fee of 599 NOK appplies (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Orders over 10000 NOK are delivered free of charge.
Postcode 5000-9999: For orders up to 19999 NOK, a shipping fee of 599 NOK applies (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Orders over 20000 NOK are delivered free of charge.

For Finland, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland & Austria
First order for new customers: Minimum order value for delivery: 500 EUR.
Subsequent orders: Minimum order value for delivery: 200 EUR.
For orders up to 1499 EUR, a shipping fee of 60 EUR applies (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Orders over 1500 EUR are delivered free of charge.

For rest of Europe
First order for new customers: Minimum order value for delivery: 500 EUR.
Subsequent orders: Minimum order value for delivery: 200 EUR.
For orders up to 1999 EUR, a shipping fee of 80 EUR applies (freight is shown separately on the invoice). Orders over 2000 EUR are delivered free of charge.


Islands within the EU: Ex Works.
Countries outside EU: Ex Works.

Placing an Order
An order placed on the webshop is binding. Your order will be confirmed by Affari of Sweden via email, including an order number and your contact and delivery details. If the details in the confirmation are incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact and delivery details are correct and updating them if they change.

By placing an order, you accept our purchase and delivery terms and that we process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Once an order has been picked/packed, items cannot be removed or changed. Affari of Sweden is responsible for handling your personal data securely and in compliance with applicable laws.

Affari of Sweden (or, where applicable, third parties) owns all intellectual property rights to the content on the website.

Delivery Time

The standard delivery time for stocked items is 4-7 days in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. For other countries, the delivery time is 6-10 days. Longer delivery times may occur during peak seasons.

Affari of Sweden reserves the right to determine when an order can be shipped and always strives to deliver as complete orders as possible.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel an order in time. If an order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and any incurred costs will be charged to the customer.

Prices & Validity

Our prices include packaging costs. Handling, invoicing, shipping, and pallet costs may apply for bulky goods. We reserve the right to adjust our prices due to extreme fluctuations in currency exchange rates, shipping costs, or raw material prices. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Payment conditions
We require prepayment for all new customers. If you choose a delivery in 10 weeks or later (up to a maximum of four months) and the order value exceeds 2000 EUR, a deposit of 20% is required, which will be deducted from the final invoice. If the order is cancelled by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable.

Affari of Sweden reserves the right to change payment terms to prepayment in cases of repeated payment delays. Late payments incur additional fees. If payment is not received after two reminders, the matter is referred to a debt collection agency, and the customer is responsible for any extra charges that arise.

Affari of Sweden also reserves the right to close customer accounts in cases of repeated debt collection.

Transport damage 
When a transport arrives to your store you must visually inspect the goods for tampering or damage. Is the pallet sealed or has it been tampered with? Is there any damage on the goods or is any goods missing? If so, a comment on the transport bill must be made and the transporter must sign. Make sure that you keep one copy and the transporter the other one. If no notes are made there will be no compensation for visible damaged goods. Damages that are not visible at first sight, must be reported to the transport company within 7 days. If such situation occurs it is your responsibility to contact our customer service within 7 working days of receiving your damaged goods. Compensation will be upon closed investigation.

Claims
Claims regarding the goods (excluding transport damages) must be reported to Affari of Sweden AB no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods (duty of inspection) and will be compensated with a credit note.
Affari of Sweden require customer number, article number, quantity, photo of damage and a brief description of the claim, register it here. Claims can only be returned in its original package, upon approval from Affari of Sweden AB. In case where the customer regrets the purchase, the customer must pay the cost of returning the goods to Affari of Sweden AB.

Fault deliveries
If Affari of Sweden AB has shipped the wrong goods, please contact us for adjustments within 8 days.


Back orders 
Affari of Sweden sends a reminder two weeks before a backorder is dispatched, giving you the opportunity to add to your order.

For Sweden, Denmark and Norway
Affari of Sweden AB has the right to cancel backorders under 2000 SEK/DKK/NOK. 

For rest of Europe
Affari of Sweden AB has the right to cancel backorders under 200 EUR.

Minimum order quantity
We do not break any of our shipping boxes for part delivery. We have the right to adjust orders to a full shipping box if the order is on a smaller amount than what is prescribed in the catalogue.

Reservation
We reserve the right for eventual printing errors and the possibility that a product may be out of stock on the web and in the catalogue. Measurements, colour shades and weight may vary slightly, minor changes in design may also occur.

To provide updates and important information, we send newsletters and other emails to our customers. By becoming a customer, you agree to receive these communications. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails. Please note that unsubscribing may result in missing important information and offers.

Webshop
Visit our webshop where you can place your order any time of the day. Register on our web page for your personal codes. If you have forgotten your login click on "Forgot your password" and enter your email, you will receive your login automatically to your mailbox. Don't forget to check your junk mail.
