Any claims of goods should be done within 8 days of receiving. Affari of Sweden require customer number, article number, quantity, photo of damage and a brief description of the claim. Claims can only be returned in its original package, upon approval from Affari of Sweden AB. In case where the customer regrets the purchase, the customer must pay the cost of returning the goods to Affari of Sweden AB.
